A dose of true French elegance – that’s how you could describe Lesca Lunetier’s frames. Their defining features are clear lines and bold thick frames, which speak both of beauty as well as the specificity of the materials used. The founder Joël Lesca was creatively inspired by Le Corbusier. Joël started manufacturing his glasses in a small workshop in Paris in 1964. The brand is a family business to this day, often handcrafting their frames, and Joël, now an older gentleman, still hand draws his new prototypes on paper, even in this digital age. His sons continue in his style of work, keeping the original brand DNA alive whilst reflecting contemporary trends in their designs.
